Signs, colored curbs, temporary restrictions, meters, construction, and event rules always win. A green candidate now requires positive parking-space inventory—not merely missing restrictions. RPP address eligibility polygons are intentionally excluded because they do not describe curb-level enforcement.

A matching residential permit only exempts the posted RPP time limit. Street cleaning still applies. The 72-hour same-space rule is available as an optional planning check and is off by default. Permit matches use dated 2017 blockface records and must be checked on the sign.

Street segments are saved in this browser after the first load. The app uses the saved map immediately and downloads it again only when its data version changes.
